We prep and pack orders within three business days, sometimes even less than that! You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is on its way.

Duties & Taxes

We print and ship our merchandise from a variety of countries, including Canada, the US, the UK, the EU, Japan, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, and more. For other countries not mentioned here, your order will be crossing into your country, so please do expect applicable taxes and duties.

Tracking & Issues

• Tracking: A link will be emailed to you once your order ships.

• Missing/Damaged: If your order arrives damaged or shows as "delivered" but is missing, contact us immediately with your order number.

• Address Accuracy: We ship to the address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us instantly; once a package is with the carrier, we cannot redirect it.
